A 'marbled' banana bread.


Found four bananas blackening quietly in the bottom of the fruit bowl today.
Attempted to make it a marble cake, failed spectacularly.

    Looks okay to me! I'm afraid my aversion to mushy bananas and sensitive gag reflex prevents me from ever making banana bread, so I salute you.

    it's the bananas that blacken noisily that are a problem ... keep peeling ...
